Shipping Policy

We ship through Canada Post. Please review this policy, as well as our Terms and Conditions, before placing a shipping order. Errors and omissions excepted.

Order Preparation

Normally it takes 24–48 hours to fulfill an order, depending on the size and complexity of the order. Large orders, complex orders, or orders with blending work can take up to three (or more) days of preparation.

Shipping Costs

Canada Post determines their own shipping options and prices, and they charge based on the weight of your order and the distance of the shipment. Insurance charges are included in the assessed freight charge. Shipping rates and insurance charges may change without notice.

Shipping Options

The shipping times indicated are approximate. Please check delivery standards with Canada Post. Delivery standards are for items sent between most major urban centres and depend on origin and destination. Transit times are in business days, not calendar days, and begin the moment a product leaves our warehouse. For rural locations, please add 1–3 days to your transit estimate. Some exceptions apply.

1-day shipping anywhere in Canada

VitalyTeas Ltd. is not responsible for delivery speed. Holidays, severe weather, strikes, political interferences, and other events outside of our control can affect the speed of your delivery.

Standard insurance of $100.00 is included in the assessed freight charge.

PO Boxes & International Addresses

We don’t ship to PO boxes or international addresses.

Product Availability

Most in-stock orders will be shipped by the next business day. However, please allow up to 2 business days for us to ship your order. If this is not possible for some reason, we will notify you immediately.

While we take care to ensure all information and imagery is current, please note that styles, colours, graphics, and product information are subject to change without notice.

Returns

We don’t accept returns because tea is a food item.

Shortages & Damages

Shortages and damages must be reported to our office within 3 days of receiving your order. Contact us at info@vitaliteas.ca or phone us at 780-461-3176.

Unforeseen Circumstances

VitalyTeas Ltd. is not liable for failure to perform, if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service, or the failure of its agents or service providers to perform their appointed duties.
