The stop-your-sniffles whole leaf loose tea.
Hot Tea Use: Use 1 teaspoon of tea per cup of water. Steep 4-8 minutes in 100 ºC / 212 ºF boiling water, before removing the leaves.
Iced Tea: Place 2 slightly heaping teaspoons of tea into a teapot. Pour 6–7oz (170–200mL) of boiling water over the tea. Cover and let steep for 5–10 minutes. Add strained hot tea to a 12oz (375mL) acrylic glass filled with ice. Sweeten to taste.
